This session will not only look at the fundamentals of change and why some people find it difficult, but more importantly it will provide participants with valuable tips and strategies on fostering resilience during times of change.
Program Outcomes
By the end of this session, participants will have an awareness of:
- Why people resist change
- The different ways people react to change
- How to cultivate resilience to positively manage their own personal reaction to change regardless of how change in the workplace is implemented
Who Should Attend
Employees who are experiencing change in the workplace or their personal lives and want to develop techniques to deal positively with change.
