CEO PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
One of the greatest challenges faced by Boards of Directors is the requirement to effectively assess the performance of Chief Executive Officers. Ellis Locke & Associates has developed a multi-rater CEO performance evaluation process that provides effective feedback to the CEO and conveys meaningful information for Boards of Directors to effectively evaluate CEO performance.

360 DEGREE FEEDBACK PROCESS
The 360 degree feedback process involves soliciting and compiling anonymous feedback from various sources including a person’s manager, colleagues, peers, direct reports, and customers. The end result is a structured 360 degree feedback report that provides candid feedback identifying the individual’s strengths and opportunities, as seen by the people who work most closely with him or her.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TRAINING

PRE-EMPLOYMENT TESTING
Pre-employment testing assessment is a validated pre-employment test that allows you to measure talent to make informed and objective hiring decisions. Combining an aptitude test and a psychometric test, this tool enables you to assess potential candidates on important traits including learning abilities, interests, and work-related personality characteristics that directly impact success on the job.
