Françoise Morissette

Françoise Morissette, M.Ed., P.C.C. Associate

As a Human Resource Consultant, Françoise is a major contributor to the field of Organizational and Individual Development in Canada. Her specialties include executive coaching, design and delivery of learning programs, human resource strategy development, leadership development and team building.

Françoise holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Ottawa and a Masters in Adult Education from l’Université de Montréal. She has a post-graduate certificate in Coaching from The Coaches Training Institute located in San Rafael, California and is accredited as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Françoise has been a Faculty Member at Queen’s University’s prestigious Industrial Relations Centre since 1994, and was made a Fellow in 2006.

With HR expert Amal Henein, CHRP, she has written Made in Canada Leadership, published by John Wiley and Sons, Canada in May 2007. The book is the product of a large research project on best practices on leadership excellence and development. It has now become a Canadian top ten bestselling business book and has received many accolades.

Françoise has extensive North American experience; in Europe, she has worked in Sweden, Finland, France, Ireland and the United Kingdom. She is fluent in both French and English.
