Diane has over 20 years of experience helping c-suite leaders to realize their potential and achieve their personal and professional goals. Leveraging her expertise in coaching, leadership and facilitation, she supports executives to take action fuelled by possibility. She is currently the Managing Partner at Ellis Locke & Associates, a talent management consulting firm specializing in Executive Coaching, 360-Degree Feedback, and Executive Assessment. Her client list includes a broad range of organizations in the public, private, and non-profit sectors.

Diane is an ICF Accredited Professional Certified Coach who attained her Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. She holds an M.A. in Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology, and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. She is certified to administer and interpret several assessment instruments including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Birkman and the Herrmann Brain Dominance Indicator. As an invited speaker and facilitator, Diane has inspired and motivated audiences in corporations and at conferences across North America.
