Before joining Ellis Locke & Associates, Chad worked for a variety of hr consulting firms including SHL Canada, Jackson Leadership Systems and the Personnel Psychology Centre of the Public Service Commission. Primarily responsible for executive assessment, Chad has been involved in the evaluation of employees at all levels, using a wide range of psychometric assessment and pre employment testing tools and methods. Chad’s professional experience includes: providing assessor and report services for leadership assessment centres, conducting competency based interviews, administering large scale ability and personality testing sessions, providing feedback following assessment, and applying job analysis methodology for design of customized selection and executive assessment practices. Chad has sector experience in industries such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Transportation, Pharmaceutical and Government Services.
Chad obtained his M.A.Sc. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Waterloo. He has published articles in academic journals and is active in both national and international professional associations.
